There is no camping on site and the music stops at eleven, so how your guests arrive and how they get home is worth settling early. This is everything we would tell you on the phone.
Music stops at eleven and people are away shortly after. Parking is inside the wood, a short walk from the canvas, so anyone who drove walks to their own car rather than out to a road in the dark.
If you would rather your guests drank, a coach is the cleanest answer there is: one vehicle, one pick-up, and nobody counting their drinks. There is room for a coach at the gate.
Do not assume taxis. They will not be sitting outside a wood at eleven at night. Book them in advance and put the arrangement in the invitations. It is the most common end-of-night muddle at rural venues and it is entirely avoidable.
Foley Business Park, Stourport Road, Kidderminster DY11 7QL. The depot is about fifteen minutes from the gate, so the driver knows the roads and you are not paying for a coach to travel from another county before your day starts.

Give them the number with the invitation, and ask anyone who wants a taxi to book it before the day rather than at eleven o’clock at night. A wood is not a high street.
Kidderminster is the nearest mainline station, about fifteen minutes away, with four trains an hour to Birmingham Snow Hill and Moor Street and two an hour to Worcester.
One warning worth passing on. Bewdley has a station of its own, but it is the Severn Valley Railway — a heritage steam line. Lovely, and no use whatsoever for getting anybody here from Birmingham. Tell people Kidderminster.
There is no accommodation on site. Bewdley is the nearer and prettier of the two towns; Kidderminster has the beds. For a large guest list you will want both.
Safari Lodges at West Midlands Safari Park. About ten minutes away, and the only place near here where your guests can make a weekend of it and the children will insist on coming. Worth putting at the top of your own list rather than the bottom.
Near Weavers Wharf, and a short walk from the mainline station — which makes it the sensible recommendation for anybody coming by train.
