Exclusive use of forty acres, with tipis or a tent raised for you and included in the fee. No enquiry form standing between you and a number.
We looked. Across the woodland, tipi and tent venues a couple would shortlist alongside us, most answer the price question with an enquiry form and a brochure request. You give up your name, your date and your phone number to find out whether a venue is even in your range.
We think that wastes your evening and ours. Every figure below is what you would actually pay. If it is too much, you have lost thirty seconds rather than a fortnight.
The whole of your wedding day, and the following morning for your suppliers to collect. One wedding on site at a time — never two. We are open all year, and the structure is heated, so a winter date is a real option rather than a fallback.
All figures include VAT and cover up to 300 guests on site — 300 seated in the tent, 250 in the tipis. They are hire fees for exclusive use of the site, not a total for the day: what you finally pay depends on the package you choose — guest numbers, the structure, how long you have the site and any extras — and is confirmed in writing in your quotation before anything is signed. A date is held for fourteen days while you decide. Ask us for the deposit and payment terms in writing.
We opened this year. Everything is built — forty acres, a licensed clearing, a bar, plumbed washrooms.
Ten bookings made during December take ten per cent off the published hire fee. The ten are drawn at random from everyone who books that month, whatever date they have chosen. In return we ask to photograph part of the day and to use those pictures afterwards. You keep your own photographer and your own images; ours never appear anywhere you have not agreed to first.
It is not a sale and it is not coming back. December bookings only, and the ten are drawn once the month is out.
The structure is the part couples usually pay for twice — once to the venue and once to a tent company. Here it is one fee to one supplier.
These are not our fees. They are the going rate for the things you will book yourself, so you can build a realistic total before you speak to anyone.
You choose the caterer. We have one we work with and can introduce you, but you are not obliged to use them, and there is no approved list and no commission built into your menu — which is the difference between roughly £112 and £159 a head across the market.
Paid to Worcestershire County Council, not to us. These are the published 2026–27 fees for a ceremony at an approved venue; book the registrar as early as you book the date.
Bridebook’s 2026 UK wedding report puts average venue hire at £6,040 and the average tent or tipi at £4,633 — two suppliers, two contracts, two sets of delivery dates, and a field that has to be turned into a venue and then back into a field.
Ours is one fee, on land that already has the bar, the washrooms, the power and the paths in the ground.
Viewings are by appointment, one couple at a time. We will hold a date for fourteen days while you think.
